Ingredients Raspberries 1 kg Sugar 1 kg Preparation 1.Sort through the raspberries to remove the core and lay the berries on a dish covered with half the amount of sugar taken for boiling and put in 56 hours in a cool place. Formed on the plate juice and sugar, cook the syrup and a little cool. 2.In the finished syrup putting raspberries pelvis gently shake the berries submerged in the syrup and again boil until desired thickness of syrup.
